《洛城诗刊》精品集《心像》收录了35位诗人的近300首诗作。35位诗人，大多为中生代，有的渐进老年，离开母土，移居他国，阅历丰富，然而共同的一点是敬畏诗歌、钟爱诗歌，尤其忘不了那根用脐带连接的母语熔铸诗之魂。他们用诗抒情言志，抒发对大千世界的感受与领悟，他们希冀在诗中塑造自己，期望在诗歌中寻找人生的真谛。三十多位诗人的作品各有特色，从艺术追求而言大体有以下三种类别：一类是“内倾感觉型”。面对各种物象，追求内倾化的心灵感应，注重内心世界的开掘， 精神的体验。第二类为“外倾感觉型”，是对生活的一种审美与艺术感受。以诗的审美方式观照现实生活，抒发对生活的美感体验，注重意象思维，创造意境，抒发情感，较多继承中国古典诗歌的美学传统。第三类旧体诗词类，运用旧体诗形式表达现代人的情感。 3
