Mental Health is Good

Help Life feel better, you are in the Cosmos, stars and planets, where there is Your Life, and you must survive, always survive, in the great City, that is fed by farms, connected to the river, and so survive and its survival, is about honor and the law, and the public good and public welfare, for all humans that are in existence. It is about honor, it is about Unity, in the City, where labor is an identity of 8 hours, and then relax to your residential home, where you must eat your dinner with your family that cares for you. What is life? How do we get along, how do we hurt each other? Do we care, when we hurt each other? Love, Light is always right, but we are too busy, and unthoughtful, to care. What is care? Always Care is for the pain and suffering life creates, and you must learn to stop, relax, and rest, and care for yourself, and create a peace, a kindness, to yourself, than just abuse yourself to work, work, work, and save yourself for real from insane soulless experiences. There is no soul from matter, you need a Spiritual Soul, that is Light and Love, and Encouragement to the sad suffering person you are. You must understand that you need compassion, deep compassion where you are forever mad and sad. Bless yourself with not a moment of compassion, but a Dream of Forever Compassion, and Feel Well, and Get Better.In the Dream that is your Mind, there is only the 'I'.Between 'I am nothing' and 'I am something', say 'I exist'.You need affirmations that you exist, that you are matter, that you are spirit, and in a world that is better than you, you need Unconditional Love.In the dark world, you are in, you need inspiration and Light.You need to feel the darkness deeply, the nothingness, the suffering, and then you need to see the Light, allow the Light to enter your past, your mind, and realize doing nothing in your life is okay, that you failed is okay, you feel a dark barrier all around you, it is called disapproval, and now remove this barrier with Unconditional Light, and breathe in the Light, and know you are good and okay.Suffering needs comfort. Success is not something you want. Lots of work, lots of money is not what you want. You don’t want a boss, you don’t want an Authority. Seek refuge in the Peaceful Light, that you are okay for not employment. You are a living being, and do not suffer because life goes nowhere, because you do not work, rest your being, your mind, your soul, in the Peaceful Light, and be very very comfortable, and end your Suffering, that unemployment means invalidation and die. Life just needs comfort, well-being, all the self-love you can muster, and save yourself, your soul, with good Light, (don’t fall into the darkness, and be trapped there), what you have been through in life, to achieve, for self and society, to not make it, is okay, and to fail, is always okay, and to exist, is just always what life is about, to exist in the good Light, is always right, exist in the Light is always right (to exist in the Dark is wrong for you). The good Light means you are healthy about failure. Success is not necessarily a healthy thing to go for and try, so don’t try to be successful. True Success, feel good success, is the good Light for All, save All, and you are not a failure.
