Die korpereigenen Kompensationsmechanismen konnen vom Organismus nur zeitlich limi­ tiert aufrech t erhal ten werden; eine friihzeitige und ausreichende Volumensubsti tu tion en tspre­ chend den hiiufig sehr hohen Verlusten ist daher entscheidend.
