This study focuses on the mechanisms for protecting creditors’ rights in the event of the dissolution of a commercial company under OHADA law.The purpose of this analysis was to determine the causes that could trigger the dissolution of a commercial company, in order to open the way for the recovery of debts.This study provided a clear overview of the mechanisms that the OHADA legislator has provided for in the various uniform acts to protect creditors’ rights.
