Il presente studio ha cercato di identificare i geni responsabili della tolleranza allo stress termico in due cultivar di cotone tolleranti al calore, confrontandole con due cultivar sensibili al calore. Inoltre, sono stati studiati i parametri fisiologici per analizzare la correlazione tra l’espressione genica e i dati fisiologici.
