She cleverly uses biblical characters like Samson to demonstrate the loss of power and falling into the enemy’s hand. She describes her battles with suicide, spans of depression, a loss of self-worth, and self-identification as she was bewitched into living a double life in the Church. Then she brings the reader to the pivotal point of change and describes the upward spiral of moving toward restoration and a new life.
