In this rhyming story, Marloo the monkey is very dissatisfied with who he is and keeps comparing himself to other animals, wishing he was more like them. Eventually, the wise advice of a little bug leads him to realise that he is perfect just the way he is - and that it is exactly how he is meant to be. This is a cheerfully told story with a very happy ending. It is hoped that readers will reach the same conclusion as Marloo and can be happy with who they are.
