Il a été constaté une forme de mégestion ou d’opacité de gestion dans le chef des écoles secondaires techniques et professionnelles de la ville province de Kinshasa en général et celles de la province éducationnelle de Tshangu en particulier. Cette pratique de management dans les établissements scolaires est notoire avec les conséquences ou affects négatifs sur le fonctionnement des écoles et ses rendements. L’étude a expliqué le management et ses défis dans les écoles secondaires techniques et professionnelles de la province éducationnelle de Tshangu, ville de Kinshasa en République Démocratique du Congo. Pour atteindre l’objectif de l’étude, une enquête par questionnaire a été menée auprès d’un échantillon raisonné ou par convenance de 183 participants des écoles techniques et professionnelles de la province éducationnelle de Tshangu.
