Le présent travail a pour objectif de comprendre comment les organisations angolaises utilisent les technologies de l’information et de la communication (TIC) comme outil d’amélioration de la gestion. Il s’appuie sur les exigences de la norme APA - 6e édition. Dans un premier temps, l’objectif général et spécifique, les variables, les hypothèses et la délimitation du travail ont été présentés, ainsi que la justification du choix du thème, qui s’explique par le fait que le secteur des technologies de l’information et de la communication est un secteur émergent en République d’Angola. Ensuite, l’entreprise Kanjaya, Lda, qui fait l’objet de l’étude, a été présentée. Le résultat attendu était de vérifier comment les organisations angolaises utilisent les technologies de l’information et de la communication (TIC) comme outil d’amélioration de la gestion.
