Il presente lavoro riflette sull’importanza dei giochi virtuali per l’insegnamento della matematica nel terzo anno di scuola secondaria presso la Scuola Statale Agraria David Aires França. In questo senso, il lavoro è stato costruito con l’obiettivo di mostrare tre giochi virtuali tratti dal portale Só Matemática e dalla Rete di Educazione Virtuale Interattiva (RIVED) come strumenti facilitanti nel processo di insegnamento e apprendimento della matematica. Questi giochi sono stati scelti in base ai contenuti insegnati dall’insegnante di classe e applicati agli studenti. Subito dopo l’applicazione, gli studenti hanno risposto a un questionario per raccogliere i dati. Anche l’insegnante ha compilato un altro questionario. I risultati della ricerca mostrano che l’insegnamento della matematica può essere semplificato utilizzando giochi virtuali, contribuendo ad aprire nuove strade per la costruzione della conoscenza e dell’insegnamento.
