Abandoned in their apartment with only recollection of the journal’s teachings and the Tarot as her counselor, the cards warn her to flee. Through her ten-year journey of love, disappointment, passion, terror, and fulfillment she never loses sight of her goal of finding her mother’s resting place and Sasha’s most cherished connection to her, the journal.
