Two people, fifty rescued animals, and a journey through Australia’s most challenging terrain. But would dust storms, wild bull camels, and exhaustion prove too much?Kye loved working with rescued camels in the central desert of Australia. But when drought struck, spiralling costs threatened not only the life she loved but also her relationship with her partner, Gill. He wanted to sell their home and leave on an adventure with their camels, but Kye yearned to put down roots. However, a powerful message from the Universe convinced Kye that the only way forward was to surrender. She had no idea then that she would face her biggest fears or be forced to grow beyond all her limitations. Caring for their animals while travelling through the desert would push her to the furthest extremes of endurance.Kye is an engaging storyteller who shares the challenges and triumphs of preparing and leaving on this trip with raw honesty and humour. From lying face down in the dirt craving cigarettes she didn’t have after being kicked in the face by a camel to heartfelt stories sharing the incredible conscious communication she developed with their animals.Buy ’Love We Live’and join Kye on an awe-inspiring adventure of a lifetime.
