Dwight’s journey began in a quiet, working-class neighborhood in New England. His parents did everything they could to protect him from the evil forces of the world that lay beyond the borders of Rosemont Street. At that time, life for Dwight meant doing his chores, keeping his surroundings in order, keeping himself in order, and doing his very best in school. However, as Dwight grew from adolescence into early adulthood, he became restless with the secure life his parents had provided. He chose to join the military, and with that freedom came the unveiling of a darker side of his personality. The beast within began to dominate his character. Freedom from that quaint New England neighborhood convinced him that the grass was much greener outside of Rosemont Street. Yet with tunnel vision and green-tinted shades, what seemed greener soon proved delusional. In the end, Dwight came to the realization that God is the answer.
