I wrote this book in order to share with you my life experiences and how I achieved the goal of love and forgive myself and others, stay in peace, and be healthy and happy. It’s a journey of how I discovered myself again and how I deepened my connection with my body, my mind, and my soul. I’m all in one now and all in one in the same direction to the light and joy. I want you to know that you can do it too, in your own way; you just a have to make the decision to change your life for better and ask for help.
