Anyone who grew up in the 50’s in most any small town will relate to these poems, photos, and brief accounts of life back then. The Longview ’23 Club is a social organization originally formed by lineal descendants of the founders of Longview but is now open to all who share a love for the city, its beauty and history. Each year the club holds a dinner meeting in October with a theme and program coordinated by the president. In 2017 president Carolyn Caines has gathered memories from members of the club.
