Lonely and Light-Polluted is a collection of poems written between doomscrolls, mild anxiety attacks, and moments of misplaced hope. Some are short. Some are shorter. Topics range from global warming and heartbreak to vending machines and moral confusion. These poems explore insomnia, artificial lighting, emotional distance, and how it feels to love someone who never texts back. There are no answers here-just metaphors, some accidental rhymes, and an unreasonable number of references to birds, planets, and urban infrastructure. Read it if you’re tired. Or if you can’t sleep.
