Le livre explique les dispositions existantes du Code bulgare de la marine marchande en matière de limitation de responsabilité et la loi portant ratification de la Convention internationale sur la limitation de la responsabilité en matière de créances maritimes (LLMC, 1976), telle que modifiée par le Protocole de 1996.
