Originally published in two volumes in 1931 and 1934, 'Living My Life' is the autobiography of Lithuanian anarchist and political activist Emma Goldman. Written while she was living in France, the work covers her life from her poor and unhappy childhood in Lithuania and St. Petersburg, to her move to America in 1885 and settlement in New York as a young woman, and finally to her life as an anarchist and social activist over the next forty years.
