Μy motto for the manual is: 'Before one’s problem can be uprooted, one must first identify the core of the problem.' The Holy Spirit inspired me to design this manual to help others fight through the painful residuals of life experiences. The Holy Spirit revealed that Satan held me captive in mental and emotional prisons through deception and lies. I suffered needlessly because I did not fight with my most powerful weapon, the word of God. I was guilty of having an unforgiving heart and felt justified to hold grudges, which kept me a prisoner to my hurts. My passion is to help save others from being stuck in their prisons of past hurts and fears and experience spiritual freedom to live the abundant life promised by God. True freedom is to love others as Christ has loved us. Melvina is wife of Rockne Dilosa, Pastor of Bibleway Church of God’s Word located in Gary, Indiana. Her heart desire is to teach the people of God how to fight skillfully with the word of God to become warriors and experience the abundant life through Christ. In her community young people were dying needlessly through violence, she was moved with compassion and sought God for a plan. Through the leading of the Holy Spirit she designed an empowerment program to help individuals work through their pain, hurts and fears to move forward in life. For the past 18 years God has opened doors and allowed her to bless youth summer camps, residential care facilities, homeless shelters, Northwest Indiana Correctional Facilities and aftercare transitional homes for ex-offenders. God has blessed their marriage of 39 years with thirteen children, thirty plus grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
