It’s 1993 and Silas Agro is a successful twenty-six-year-old medical sales rep living in Toronto. But he is in need of money. Lots of it. He offers a large reward to Silas to travel to the small Northern Ontario town of Tear Falls and find treasure. But it’s not gold Marty DeMello seeks. He searches for his lost son, Chad, who disappeared nine years ago after an altercation with a local Tear Falls resident named Milt Tonkin. Silas accepts the offer and, with the help of his best friend, Ben, and his sister, Blessing, sets out to the remote mining town to find answers. Their quest to locate Chad immerses them into a web of small-town corruption and rumours of murder that has the trio risking the same fate of the very person they are looking for.
