A large part of the healing process comes from learning to sit with and find beauty in the darkness and trials given to us.Liminal Inside is an illustrated collection of poems for mental health, transition, healing from trauma, depression, anxiety, emotional PTSD, chasing dreams, hope in dark times, and embracing the self unapologetically. This collection includes poems from a variety of genres; some are dark and have no resolution, some are speculative poems that read more like fiction, some are lighthearted, some rhyme, and others are modern/contemporary prose poems.If you enjoy sad and expressive poems, mental health poems, imagery, and emotional exploration, you’ll enjoy the variety contained in these pages. This book allows space for readers to express the pain that most of us keep inside, and it provides solace for those who are unheard in their trauma, mental health, and emotional PTSD experiences. I hope to make at least one person who may be hurting in silence to feel a little less alone and gain some hope and healing.There is both beauty and hope in the darkest parts of transition and the healing journey.
