Message to Readers: All my life, I struggled with loving myself. This display of love was a direct reflection of the trauma that was caused by the lack of nurture and affection I needed as a child and did not receive. Self-awareness is a hell of a thing. However, the key to self-awareness is that you must debunk your triggers and reactions to situations to get to the root of why you are the way you are. Once that is done, accept yourself for who you are, then do the things your intuition tells you to change or improve. Evolving is a lifelong journey, and time is an illusion. So, don’t let time or people rush you to master your purpose in life.This book is dedicated to all the women around the world fighting to emerge from the wet soils of trauma.
