LIFE AIN’T A DRESS REHEARSALA book of poems byCecil David Haas Poetry has always been a passion in my life. I started my college endeavors intending to major in English literature at the University of South Carolina. I figured out pretty quick that I couldn’t make a living that way, and I switched to something more financially rewarding, electrical engineering. It treated me well, but I felt the need throughout my life to write down my thoughts, primarily in the form of poems. This book is the culmination of those writings about my experiences and those of my friends.
