Muitas vezes, é difícil construir uma equipa sólida (devido às competências, estilos de vida e género das pessoas numa organização).A motivação é mais essencial nas nossas acções e para aqueles que querem desenvolver a sua liderança.É por isso que a motivação e a liderança estão intimamente ligadas e são elementos importantes em qualquer empresa.
