Libertar a Razão, Reconstruir a Humanidade é uma profunda crítica filosófica à propriedade, ao poder e à liberdade na sociedade moderna. O autor analisa a forma como instituições como a família, a religião, o Estado e as empresas transformaram os seres humanos em ferramentas, distorcendo as relações sociais e a própria humanidade através do dinheiro, das normas morais e dos sistemas jurídicos. O livro levanta questões críticas: Quem define a justiça? Quem emite a moeda? E porque é que a maioria das pessoas é privada do direito de moldar estes sistemas? Do instinto de sobrevivência ao poder do conhecimento, o autor apela a uma reestruturação radical do direito e da sociedade para libertar a razão e restabelecer a humanidade como o centro criativo e responsável. Este é um convite ao diálogo sobre a construção de uma sociedade onde o direito se torna um mecanismo de libertação e não de opressão, e onde a humanidade é restaurada como um valor fundamental.
