Douglas Harding (1909-2007) commença à se poser la question »Qui suis-je » dès son jeune âge. Rejetant la religion fondamentaliste de son père, il décida de mettre de côté ce qu’on lui avait dit sur lui-même et de chercher lui-même son identité. Il fit une découverte étonnante - son corps n’était pas seulement son enveloppe humaine mais un système de couches multiples allant de la galaxie la plus lointaine à la particule la plus proche. Au centre de cette structure semblable à un oignon, Harding trouva sa Véritable Nature:  la Réalité sans forme derrière toutes ses apparences.Harding a écrit de nombreux livres au sujet de « qui nous sommes vraiment », explorant ses implications profondes dans notre vie et sa connection avec le message central des grandes religions du monde. Il a aussi inventé des expériences qui nous amènent directement à la Réalité ‘sans tête’ en notre centre. L’oeuvre de Harding est un retournement de paradigme, un saut dans une façon profondément nouvelle de nous voir nous-mêmes.Cette biographie graphique révèle qui était  ce grand homme et ce qu’il a découvert.
