As we also glorify God in magnifying him, he will frequently give us occasion of praising or telling others of his magnificent power and favor to us. He will enable us to look up to him with comfort and cheerfulness and upon our enemies with confidence where he will lift us out of the oppressive situations in which we go through and he will restore us to our former power and dignity from which we have fallen.Many of us are living in our pride day in and day out except for giving God all due glory and when we do this he will abase us bringing us down to our knees and we will then recognize that he is the one that is to be magnified. Men may try to rule, but God is the overseer. He is a mighty God full of compassion. We should give him thanks daily.and magnify his holy name. He is Lord of Lords, King of Kings, the all Majestic. Power and ruler of all.Like when Elijah called out to God and said; “Let it be known this day that you are God in Israel and that I am your servant and that I have done all these things at your word. Listen to me, O Lord. Hear me, so that these people may know that you are the Lord God and that you have turned their hearts back again.” Then the fire of the Lord came down, burning up the offering with the wood and the stones and the dust, and lapped up all the water that was in the drain.
