A number of people who are in search of employment experience find that despite their education, experience and skills, they are still faced with significant barriers to employment as the result of not having obtained appropriate and/or sufficient work readiness skills, which is preventing them from obtaining sustainable employment opportunities in a career that they would otherwise be qualified for.Soft skills, or employability skills, have become the hard skills of today’s workforce.
