La violence à l’école est un phénomène d’actualité qui entrave à la bonne éducation des jeunes en général et des filles en particulier. Livrées entre autres aux violences dites verbales, physiques, symboliques, et regardées comme des personnes privées de certains droits, les jeunes filles étudient dans les conditions qui ne favorisent pas surtout leur épanouissement dans le cadre scolaire. Avant de penser à trouver des solutions face à ce problème qui devient un véritable casse-tête par les pouvoirs publics, l’appréhension des différentes formes de violence subies par la jeune fille à l’école reste la voie idéale pour mieux penser le phénomène. Ainsi, les trois formes de violences dont la jeune fille subie à l’école à Brazzaville sont notamment les violences parallèle, perpendiculaire et horizontale perçues comme des manifestations quotidiennes de la violence scolaire dans les lycées Thomas Sankara A et B.
