L’objectif de ce travail est de reconstituer le tableau historique de la formation et du développement des diasporas d’Europe de l’Est sur le territoire de l’est du Kazakhstan au XIXe siècle et au début du XXIe siècle. La réalisation de cet objectif se fait par étapes : étude des étapes de la formation des diasporas allemande et polonaise sur le territoire du Kazakhstan oriental ; mise en évidence des causes et des principaux flux migratoires des populations allemande et polonaise ; examen du rôle des diasporas d’Europe de l’Est dans la vie sociale, politique, économique et culturelle des diasporas de la région ; révélation du rôle des diasporas d’Europe de l’Est dans la vie contemporaine de la région à travers l’analyse des activités de l’Assemblée du peuple du Kazakhstan et des centres culturels nationaux en Kazakhstan oriental en matière de stabilité civile et d’harmonie ethnique.
