Cet ouvrage examine le rôle de la Commission nationale anticorruption (CONAC) et de la Cour des comptes de la Cour suprême dans la lutte contre la corruption dans les entreprises publiques au Cameroun. L’objectif est de déterminer dans quelle mesure leurs activités peuvent avoir un impact sur la bonne gouvernance d’entreprise dans ces établissements. Les résultats montrent que les deux institutions sont actives et en première ligne dans la lutte contre la corruption dans les entreprises publiques du pays. Toutefois, l’impact de leurs activités est fortement compromis par les circonstances entourant les entreprises publiques au Cameroun, telles que la nomination de hauts fonctionnaires non fondée sur les compétences professionnelles et techniques, la longévité du service et le secret de leurs dossiers financiers.
