Le traitement par antivitamines K (AVK) est une arme à double tranchants. Trouver le bon équilibre entre risque thromboembolique et risque hémorragique est un défi où le patient doit jouer un rôle central avec une assistance éducative active et satisfaisante impliquant tout le personnel soignant. Nous nous sommes proposés à déterminer les niveaux de connaissance des patients sous AVK par rapport leur traitement avec un questionnaire validé et chercher des liens avec l’équilibre biologique (INR et TTR) et les accidents aux anticoagulants.Nous avons suivi 34 patients sous AVK pendant 5 mois. Toutes les données sociodémographiques et cliniques ont été recueillies dès le recrutement et les patients ont répondu au questionnaire de connaissance des AVK (AKA), nous avons récupéré les INR de ces patients pendant la période de suivi pour calculer leurs TTR (Time in Therapeutic Range). Nous avons analysé les résultats par IBM SPSS version 23.
