SRAM-Leistung, -Leistung und -Stabilität von FinFET-Bauelementen werden mit herkömmlichen planaren CMOS-Pendants verglichen. Die Modellierung der Variabilität von FinFETs durch Statistiken wird ebenfalls vorgestellt. Der MOSFET-Baustein wurde sowohl mit Polysilizium als auch mit Molybdän als Gatematerial verglichen, und der FinFET-Baustein wurde mit verschiedenen Gatematerialien wie Gold, Wolfram, Tantal und Molybdän entworfen, und die Ergebnisse wurden mit den Bausteinen mit Polysilizium-Gatematerial verglichen.
