O homem deve ter muitas vezes o encargo de provar que o fato não existiu e que é inocente de um fato inexistente(!)A obra em questão, enfim, busca se despir de tecnicismos jurídicos em favor de uma melhor compreensão pelo público leigo. No entanto, isso nem sempre é possível, pela plena razão de se tratar de uma análise sociológica de um instrumento legal.
