Im zweiten Teil wird Hochschullehrern ein Pilotprojekt für didaktische Innovation vorgestellt, das auf der Theorie von Vigotsky über die Zone der potenziellen Entwicklung basiert. Das Buch regt Diskussionen über die Unterrichtspraxis und die Ausbildung von Lehrern in der Grund- und Sekundarstufe an. Lehrer zu sein erfordert mehr als nur guten Willen, es bedarf einer theoretischen und praktischen Ausbildung.
