Cette étude explore la manière dont le système de récompense affecte la satisfaction professionnelle des employés dans le secteur bancaire éthiopien. L’étude examine également comment l’âge et le sexe modèrent la relation entre le système de récompense et la satisfaction au travail. Un échantillon de 251 personnes comprenant des cadres et des employés de la banque a été constitué. L’étude a utilisé des statiques descriptives et inférentielles pour examiner comment les diverses récompenses intrinsèques et extrinsèques conçues par la banque affectent la satisfaction des employés et comment l’âge et le sexe modèrent cette relation.
