Inhaltsangabe:Zusammenfassung: Zur Funktionskontrolle eines zylinderförmigen ortsauflösenden Detektors aus 640 szintillierenden Fasern wurde ein LED-Monitorsystem aufgebaut und ein Testverfahren entwickelt, das während der Datenaufnahme routinemäßig eingesetzt werden kann. Hierzu wurde ein achtkanaliger Pulsgenerator zur Simulation schneller Szintillatorlichtsignale entworfen und aufgebaut. Dieser Pulsgenerator wurde nach den Bedürfnissen des internen Experiments EDDA an dem Jülicher Beschleunigerring COSY entwickelt. Er läßt sich in die Datenaufnahme der zylindrischen inneren Detektorlage des EDDA-Detektors integrieren. Fünf Exemplare dieses Pulsgenerators werden zur Überwachung der Lichtleitfähigkeit der 640 szintillierenden Fasern und der Funktionstüchtigkeit der angekoppelten Photomultiplier eingesetzt. Im Rahmen des Aufbaus dieses LED-Monitorsystems wurde die Datenaufnahme-Elektronik der EDDA-Innenschale, das System LeCroy PCOS III in Betrieb genommen. Hierbei wurde ein Computerprogramm zur komfortablen Bedienung des Systems PCOS III entwickelt. Mithilfe, der entwickelten Software ist auch die online-Steuerung des LED-Monitorsystems im Zusammenspiel mit dem PCOS III möglich.
