Inhaltsangabe:Zusammenfassung: Die vorliegende Diplomarbeit untersucht den Zusammenhang zwischen Lebenszielen und subjektivem Wohlbefinden. Hierzu wurden problemzentrierte Interviews mit Mitgliedern zweier Gruppen durchgeführt. Zum einen wurden Menschen mit einer EGO – Ausrichtung ihrer Lebensziele, zum anderen diejenigen mit einer BIOSPHÄRE – Orientierung befragt. Die EGO- Orientierung beinhaltet beim Erwachsenen das Streben nach Macht, Geld, Reichtum und Ansehen. Die BIOSPHÄRE- Orientierung ist durch eine hohe persönliche Bedeutung der Natur sowie einem Engagement für die Umwelt gekennzeichnet. Der Interviewleitfaden beinhaltet somit vorrangig folgende Themen: Lebensziele, Entwicklung von Lebenszielen, Subjektives Wohlbefinden, aber auch die Bereiche Zeitperspektive, Verantwortung und Gewissen aus dem Kugelmodell der Persönlichkeitsentwicklung. Zum einen geht es in dieser Arbeit um den möglichen Zusammenhang zwischen Lebenszielen und subjektiven Wohlbefinden, zum anderen um weitere Datengenerierung und Hypothesenbildung zum Kugelmodell. Im methodischen Teil werden detailliert die Erhebungsmethoden, sowie ihre Begründung und die konkrete Forschungsweise dargestellt, wobei ein Schwerpunkt in der Beschreibung und Erläuterung der qualitativen Forschungsweise liegt. Der Ergebnisteil enthält die Einzeldarstellungen der Interviews, die jeweils aus Teilen der Globalauswertung, sowie aus einem Modell gemäß dem Auswertungsverfahren der Grounded Theory nach Glaser & Strauss bestehen. Ein übergreifendes integratives Modell über alle Interviews, das ebenfalls nach der Grounded Theory erstellt wurde, befindet sich in der Diskussion. Die Ursachen, Strategien, der Kontext und die Konsequenzen des zentralen Phänomens werden anschaulich anhand von Beispielen erläutert.
