After a long period of further training, learners of distance learning hold study documents in their hands again. After years of completing initial training, there are materials/learning documents on the table that can be processed in a variety of ways. It is advantageous to have a basic knowledge and educational management that can be used in a phase of further training. 'Further training' relates to learning processes that involve maintaining current knowledge/'additional knowledge'. 'Continuing education', on the other hand, concerns learning processes that aim to achieve a higher qualification with 'advanced knowledge'. However, the European Union prefers the educational measure 'continuing education'. The study is divided into Part I basic religious knowledge in distance learning and Part II basic cultural knowledge - cultural education in the context of adult education in civic education.
