She is an experienced professional who earned her master’s degree in business management and is the successful owner of CYSPRO Cleaning Services. Her passion for writing and business is only rivaled by her love of children; motherhood is her greatest achievement. She enjoys spending time with her two-year-old daughter, Chelsea-Ann, and has since written volumes about topics that interest her gifted daughter. Chelsea-Ann knows her ABCs, can count to fifty and spells most three-letter words. Naturally endowed with a high degree of ability, she is already reading, riding her bicycle and loves giving her mommy work to do. Dawnette’s mother, Doxcilyn McLaren, is a source of endless inspiration. Doxicilyn passed away in 2009 from cancer, but her legacy continues to live on in Dawnette. She wouldn’t be the wonderful parent or role model she is today without her mother’s early influence and she works to honor her legacy daily. Dawnette delights in teaching her daughter and is currently writing Volume 2 and 3 in her Learning Little Minds book series.Now married, Dawnette lives in Raleigh, North Carolina.
