The globalization process is moving the business world towards connecting colleagues, customers and clients from different cultures. Thus, there will be ever more need to make strong connections between international and multicultural managers and employees. Iran and Austria are different nations and there might be differences in their leadership behavior as well as in their leadership style.This study attempts to provide an overview of the leadership behavior and styles practiced in small IT-organizations in the capitals of two culturally different countries, Iran and Austria.
