Leur participation aux différentes activités touristiques permettent de lutter contre le chômage, le sous-emploi et la misère. Aussi participe-t-il à l’acquisition de connaissances nouvelles par les touristes et autres visiteurs.Le tourisme endogène durable est celui-là qui promeut une bonne gouvernance des ressources issues des activités touristiques.
