La monografia parla della cooperazione tra i due Paesi. Tra i due Stati sovrani viene mantenuto attivamente il dialogo politico, che è un sottile strumento di comprensione reciproca, attraverso il quale vengono bilanciati gli interessi e attuate le strategie di politica interna ed estera della Russia e del Kirghizistan. Questo si avverte durante le visite ufficiali dei capi di Stato, le visite dei rappresentanti ufficiali, degli alti funzionari, ecc. I parlamentari di Russia e Kirghizistan contribuiscono anche allo sviluppo del dialogo politico, esprimendo il loro sostegno all’espansione delle attività congiunte sulla convergenza delle legislazioni nazionali e sulla sincronizzazione delle procedure di ratifica dei documenti firmati, sulla creazione di uno spazio giuridico comune nella CSI e sullo sviluppo di meccanismi giuridici per una cooperazione politica, economica, culturale e umanitaria di successo. L’interazione tra Russia e Kirghizistan è una priorità nei corsi di politica estera, economica e strategico-militare.
