Il peut résulter à bien d’égards des moyens peu orthodoxes se situant aux antipodes des idéaux de démocratie. Le constitutionnalisme de crise des Etats de l’Afrique noire francophone sans cesse florissant démontre que dans cette partie du monde, l’on peut occuper des fonctions et des hautes responsabilités au sommet de l’Etat sans être mandaté par le peuple ou ses représentants. Ce dernier, lorsqu’il va de la sauvegarde de ses intérêts et de sa défense par l’entremise des Gouvernements de transition se montre plutôt hospitalier à ce qui paradoxalement paraît étrange à la philosophie constitutionnelle du pouvoir.
