Le tecnologie hanno influenzato molte aree della vita umana. In questo articolo cerchiamo di presentare alcune possibilità di utilizzo delle Nuove Tecnologie dell’Informazione e della Comunicazione (TIC) come strumento nel processo di insegnamento-apprendimento della chitarra classica. Analizzando tre tipi di contenuti disponibili sul Web (video, testo e audio) e alcune dimostrazioni di come utilizzarli in classe, cercheremo di esemplificare le possibilità di apprendimento della chitarra classica utilizzando queste tecnologie. A completamento di questa esposizione, utilizzeremo estratti di interviste a chitarristi che utilizzano il mezzo virtuale per diffondere la conoscenza dello strumento in questione, nonché i dati di un sondaggio tra gli studenti di chitarra.
