La monographie Le parlementarisme en Albanie de l’entre-deux-guerres (1920-1939) , qui pourrait être l’une des rares éditions relatives à la perspective historique de la vie parlementaire albanaise, apparaît comme une modeste contribution dans ce domaine. D’un point de vue historique, il s’agit d’une période très importante de l’histoire de l’Albanie, celle de la prise de pouvoir et du positionnement au sommet de ce pouvoir d’Ahmet Zogu, roi des Albanais, période qui coïncide avec l’entre-deux-guerres. Cependant, l’objet de cette monographie est l’évolution de la vie parlementaire en Albanie depuis ses débuts jusqu’à la fin du règne du roi Zogu et l’occupation italienne de l’Albanie.
