Dans les études orientales, les questions liées à l’histoire et à la vie des éleveurs nomades font depuis longtemps l’objet de nombreux débats et discussions, et il existe une vaste littérature scientifique consacrée à l’étude des aspects et des questions les plus divers de l’histoire et de la culture des nomades d’Asie centrale. Les questions suivantes présentent un intérêt particulier pour les historiens orientalistes : comment la domination mongole a influé sur la vie politique et économique, comment elle a affecté le système administratif du Maverannahr, quels changements sociaux se sont produits à cette époque et comment ils étaient liés au joug mongol et, enfin, quel rôle global elle a joué dans l’histoire du peuple tadjik. La question du rôle et des conséquences de l’invasion mongole dans l’histoire nationale semble d’actualité. La brochure examine les conséquences de l’invasion mongole dans l’histoire des peuples d’Asie centrale. Elle met en évidence l’influence du nomadisme sur la vie socio-politique du Maverannahr et du Khorasan aux XIIIe et XIVe siècles.
