Il fallait minimum 40 ans, soit 2010-2025 : phase morte de l’émergence aux taux de croissance nuls ou négatifs, phase embryonnaire des taux de croissance de 1% à 5% (2025-2040), phase d’émancipation 6% à 9% (2040-2055), phase d’asymptote horizontale aux taux de croissance d’au moins 10% (2055-2070). Le diagnostic fait ne rassure pas à l’aube de 2035. L’auteur propose un nouveau paradigme la Théorie de l’Onguénéisme limité à quelques projets productifs pour propulser la vision.
