Sylvia Martin Vega is a retired nurse whose passion for storytelling has been a lifelong companion. Her talent for crafting evocative poetry has been recognized across various media platforms, including CBS Dallas-Ft. Worth and the MTTA (Married To The Army) website. Her work has also been featured in the Monadnock Writers Group Monadnock Reader.Sylvia’s ability to weave compelling narratives has earned her a place in diverse literary spaces. One of her short stories was showcased in a Women’s History Month exhibit at Wellesley College, while an opening line from her fiction found its way into a celebrated collection curated by San Jose State University.Now, Sylvia steps boldly into the world of fiction with her debut novel, Last Stop Before Heaven.
