Esta investigación busca disminuir las deficiencias en el dominio de las reglas de acentuación ortográficas. Para ello se propuso el diseño y creación de un libro digital titulado 'Cómo usar las tildes correctamente', con la finalidad de potenciar el uso correcto de las reglas de acentuación ortográfica en estudiantes de tercero de bachillerato del Colegio Benigno Malo, en la ciudad de Cuenca. La Investigación tiene enfoque mixto con alcance descriptivo aplicado y diseño experimental. El libro digital se fundamentó en el constructivismo, conectivismo y la enseñanza multimodal. Lo que permite que los estudiantes construyan su propio aprendizaje de forma activa y participativa, estableciendo una relación directa con los conocimientos previos que poseen. La unidad didáctica considerada para los temas contiene (objetivo de aprendizaje, contenido, actividades, evaluación y ampliación). Por otro lado, para el Diseño Instruccional se aplicó el modelo ADDIE (Análisis, Diseño, Desarrollo, Implementación, Evaluación), considerando los principios de usabilidad, accesibilidad, consistencia visual.
